Dancing for screams

“Don’t talk unless you can improve the silence.”

― Jorge Luis Borges (Source: Goodreads)

Today this is all I got.

Babbling

Sometimes it is just a thought.
Woke up in a weird way.
Oh man, Sunday…

Another Day To Mess Up

“Never put off till tomorrow what may be done day after tomorrow just as well.”

― Mark Twain (Source: Goodreads)

Imagining what I can do with a whole tomorrow. A full day, for me to spend however I choose. And not only for me. This goes for everyone who lives another day on this planet of rainbow colors. Twenty-four hours (and change) shifting around the globe, pushing the darkness ahead, until another new day ends up at our end again. And then? Again.

Oh, what will we do with it?

Twat

Twatted some tweets:

I thought I was reporting a bug. Well, at first. Until I saw what I wrote.
Just poured myself another one. Cheers.
Gotta love the Emmys.

Kay. Back to my book.

Dust To Dust

“Heaven knows we need never be ashamed of our tears, for they are rain upon the blinding dust of earth, overlying our hard hearts. I was better after I had cried, than before–more sorry, more aware of my own ingratitude, more gentle.”

― Charles Dickens, Great Expectations (Source: Goodreads)

Dug up

Stuff I found.

Undertow

early morning mouth
kissing me, the sun
wakes up to face
my day and i turn myself
around, one more time

the alarm warns of
false dreams, no more
snoozing to save me,
my body naked to a
thousand starving faces

i say my piece to ears
too deaf to hold a tone,
a pitch that lingers, stays
unnoticed, mean waves
conceal the muddy bed

clouds don’t break my fall
i am flailing for a hold
surface shatters as
never there, and i am taken
for another whirl
